1. Who we are

The controller responsible for your personal data on this website is the company behind Small Batch Systems:

2. What we collect

When you sign up with one of the forms on this site, we collect:

• your email address,
• your consent to receive marketing emails,
• which form you used to sign up (for example, the form at the top of the page),
• technical data that Klaviyo records with a signup, such as the time of signup and your IP address.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data to send you the free Klaviyo Flow Gap Check, updates about the kit and related tips.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.

4. Who processes the data for us

• Klaviyo, our email platform (Klaviyo, Inc., USA).
• Our hosting provider, Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA).

Both Klaviyo and Vercel are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Klaviyo's data processing agreement also includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we keep only a suppression record, so we don't email you again.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page doesn't send your data to a font provider.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• have it corrected,
• have it deleted,
• restrict how we use it,
• object to how we use it,
• receive it in a portable format (data portability),
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@smallbatchsystems.com. You can also file a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, Informacijski pooblaščenec (www.ip-rs.si).
